but they would call me with the diagnosis. No call. Next time I called the part was ordered and would be ready in 2-3 days. Then the part was on back order. So they found another part and it would be ready in 2 days. Then the part somehow didn't get ordered. Finally it was ordered but I was told it wouldn't be ready until mid OCTOBER. I brought it in August. I finally told them I would pick up my PC and take it somewhere else. They were very apologetic and understanding and I was told I would not have to pay anything
